ReactomeGSA is a tool to perform comparative, multi-omics pathway analyses. As a key feature it can directly import data from ExpressionAtlas which enables you to easily compare different published datasets. In this talk, I will present the theoretical background of ReactomeGSA and give several examples of how it can be used to quickly derive novel hypotheses by integrating multiple datasets. This will be followed by a training session where we will integrate own data into the analyses using both the web interface and our ReactomeGSA R / Bioconductor package.
