New course on functional metagenomics at NMBU, Ås

This year, NORBIS will offer two courses on metagenomics analysis. ‘Bioinformatics for metagenomics and environmental sequencing‘  will run at UiO in March, and will primarily deal with amplicon-data and the corresponding data analysis. The new course, ‘Bioinformatics for functional metagenomics‘, will run at NMBU Ås in September, and will focus more on assembly, binning, annotation, transcriptomics and proteomics for metagenomes.

An overview of all our courses may be found here.
