The European Bioinformatics Institute provides a broad portfolio of resources for systems biology, ranging from molecular interactions (IntAct) via molecular complexes (Complex Portal) and curated pathways (Reactome) to systems biology models (BioModels) at the highest level of abstraction. All resources are open source, open data under permissive licences. We will provide an overview of the core resources, capabilities, and recent developments, from new Cytoscape visualisation of IntAct data[1] to a large-scale study of reproducibility in systems biology[2].
